Time is scheduled between appointments to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitization, providing a safe and comfortable environment for every client.
f you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation within 24-48 hours before: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged and MUST be paid before rescheduling a new session.
Less then 24 hours: 100% of appointment fee will be charged and MUST be paid before scheduling a new session.
