In my practice clients are viewed as a whole person. This enables the Massage Therapy session to be tailored to the clients needs, preferences, and values. The goal is to improve the clients individual health outcomes.

This means that clients are treated as they want to be treated. With knowledge, and respect for their values and personal priorities. This allows for me to better address the needs of my clients and improve their quality of care.

hey, you!

I am a Registered Massage Therapist and member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and Lymphedema Association.

I graduated from Massage Therapy in 2015. I practice from my home office located in beautiful Deep River Ontario.

I am a mother to my beautiful daughter, and wife to my incredibly supportive husband.

I love what I do and am so passionate about it because I can see the positive changes it has on people. I am always wanting to provide the best quality care, which is why I am constantly learning.
